Maintenance Technician

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of company equipment and property including

  • Parts
  • Welding
  • Fabrication
  • oil sampling
  • preventative maintenance

Material Handler

  • Responsible for the handling and monitoring of materials necessary for production and related processes
  • Performs and assists with various tasks from cleaning, sorting materials, preventative maintenance and repairs, stacking and strapping finished products for shipping and any other duties as needed

Desired Skills & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of vocational training or industrial experience
  • Valid drivers license with good driving record
  • Ability to stand and sit for extended times, lift 75-100 lbs

Human Resources/Payroll Clerk
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires a strong understanding of employment labor laws, HR sourcing, interviewing, administrative tasks, training development, human capital management, contracts, workers’ compensation and experience with HR software such as iSolved or Oracle.

Duties:

– Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
-Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes and terminations
– Support the performance management process by tracking performance reviews and providing guidance to managers
– Assist with employee relations issues and investigations as needed
– Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis
– Handle administrative tasks such as processing weekly payroll, filing, answering phones and managing HR documentation

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
– 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
– Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
– Experience with HR sourcing and interviewing techniques
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite )Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
– Experience with HR software such as iSolved or Oracle is a plus
